This 44 m² ground-floor apartment, easily accessible upon arrival, is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, providing an ideal relaxation space after a day of discovery or work. Air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout the year. The bedroom, equipped with one king size bed (180 cm), includes an en-suite bathroom with shower and offers direct access to a magnificent 70 m² terrace. This south-facing terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, inviting you to enjoy your meals outdoors or relax under the Mediterranean sun.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals just like at home, with everything needed for your stay. A separate toilet increases the comfort and convenience of the apartment.
