Le Grand Capricia is a four-bedroom duplex apartment for eight, with three bath/shower rooms and a spa area with a whirlpool bath and a sauna.

If you want to be in the centre of all the action, you'll struggle to find a better location – this apartment has a terrace and a balcony, which between them share views of the lifts, the ski school and the Champ Giguet, which is the venue for many of La Clusaz's events in the summer and winter. All the shops, bars and restaurants are just a short walk away.

The apartment takes up the top two floors of this building. On the ground floor (shared with Le Petit Capricia), Le Grand Capricia has a garage (for one car or two small cars) with a ski room, a gym and the stairs to the first floor.

There's a small spa area on the living floor, with a whirlpool bath and a sauna where you can relax at the end of the day. There's also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC.

Three more bedrooms can be found on the top floor – two double rooms, one with a shower and washbasin and another with a desk. There's also a twin room, a shower room and a separate WC. Headroom is limited on this floor as the rooms are tucked under the eaves.

As well as the garage, there is space to park two other cars outside the apartment.

Please note that 3 of the bedrooms are located under the eaves with low ceiling.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
