On the 1st floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the second floor, two bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the canal, share a shower room with toilet.

Parking for one vehicle
Coches d'eau cards available free of charge.
Animals accepted after owner's agreement.
No smoking.
The linen is included in the rental price.
Cleaning on departure is not included in the rental price (see agency conditions).
Tourist tax not included: max. €6.05 per adult per night.
Security deposit taken as a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival.
