The Gîte des Dolmens is a freshly restored family house combining comfort and modernity! We particularly appreciate its period chestnut floor, its iron furniture, its wooden headboards, its spacious and bright living space and let's not forget its terrace with a splendid view on the surrounding countryside! The private swimming pool will also be very appreciated (open from June to September). Ideal situation for the amateurs of excursions with several circuits passing in front of the lodging but also for the amateurs of parapente with a takeoff at only 500m. The children will be the happiest, they will be able to have fun in the parks of the village (portico, ping-pong...) !The house is accessible on the first floor and on the ground floor by a few steps. You will have to climb a few steps to arrive on a small covered terrace of 7m² with its garden furniture and its view on the swimming pool then you enter the cottage: Spacious and bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen which gives access to a terrace of 17 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, living room space with connected television, sofa and 2 armchairs, independent toilet with hand wash basin. We go down a few steps or you can pass by the outside by also going down a few steps: 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 90x200 which can make a large bed in 180x200, 1 bed in 160x200, baby bed), shower room with washing machine and toilet, storage room. Electric heating. Enclosed land of 2500m², private swimming pool (6x3 with flat bottom) secured by a cover with bar, sunbathing.
