In the Sévigné Thermal residence, a pleasant one-bedroom apartment (T1) located on the 1st floor with elevator access, overlooking Charles de Gaulle Park and close to the thermal baths.

This apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and a loggia. Amenities include: refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, suitable dishes and utensils, television, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. Sleeps 2. Electricity consumption is extra and will be charged according to the meter reading (at the rate in effect on the day of arrival). This is a non-smoking apartment and is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed. Southwest facing.

Cleaning products are not provided. Linen rental (sheets, bath towels, etc.) is available upon request at least 72 hours before your arrival (subject to availability).
