It is located in the heart of the Orres 1800, a few steps away from all the shops (restaurants, superette, bulzangerie...) and activities of the resort, in the building "Les Silènes" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux.Enjoy its balcony on the 2nd floor with views of the shopping square and the surrounding mountains to read your favourite book, enjoy breakfast in the sun or simply enjoy the calm of the mountain.The apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your living room, a living room with dining table and sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.As for sleeping, you can choose between a double bed 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, three single beds 80 x 190 cm including a bunk in the night corner and a sofa bed convertible for 2 people.You will also have at your disposal a private ski box to store your slippery equipment as well as unlimited access to the residence's outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area, open summer and winter.PETIT PLUS: you will have the possibility to reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot giving direct access to the accommodation by the elevator (surcharge and subject to availability).
