The "Chez Guinguet" farm is located in Haute-Savoie, between La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, in the peaceful, natural agricultural setting of a small hamlet preserved from new construction. Thanks to its thick walls, it's cool in summer and warm in winter. There's a vegetable and flower garden in front of the house. Ideal for 2 people (we accept one more child). The covered terrace is currently under construction.

Situated at the crossroads of hiking and mountain biking trails in summer, this accommodation is also at the intersection of the two ski resorts of Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz. It thus benefits from the proximity of numerous services, activities, and events. A free inter-resort ski bus runs between the three towns during the season. The nearest stop is 2 km away.

Smokers can enjoy the scenery... and smoke, only on the outdoor terrace. The dog, who is free to roam outside, is not allowed on the sofas and beds.

NOTE:
A car is essential, and must be equipped for it, in winter.
Cleaning supplies, which must be done by the guest, are available for self-service in the shared laundry room.
