very central apartment just behind the main street of Beausoleil. You will be quiet but you have shops, public parking for your vehicle, the police, etc. in the direct vicinity of the apartment. Access to Monaco is in a few minutes also you are 5 minutes from the casino

Please note that there is no parking with the apartment. Places are difficult to find in the street and they are paying. However, you can park in the INDIGO car parks in the city of Beausoleil which are nearby and which you can reserve on the INDIGO app.
You can also park in the car parks of the Principality of Monaco which are also very close - Parking Bellevue - Parking St Charles

You will love this apartment for its space, its sober and modern decoration and of course its location close to the Monte-Carlo district. Although central the apartment is also quiet as it is located at the back of Beausoleil's main thoroughfare.

It is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and storage
A shower room, sink and toilet
A bathroom which is in one of the bedrooms with a separate toilet.
A 4th smaller room with an office will also welcome you if you need to work.
The living room of 40m2 is composed of a lounge area with XXL sofa and an open kitchen equipped with all the comforts including the dishwasher.
In one of the large cupboards in the hallway you will also find a washing machine and a dryer.
There is no terrace but a small balcony at the level of the living room.

-The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the Monaco train station
- The Beausoleil bus n°18 takes you to the area around the Town Hall of Beausoleil a few minutes from the apartment, it also serves Monaco train station.
- Bus 80 from the airport drops you off in front of the Monaco tourist office, in the Casino area.
- The distance from Nice Airport / apartment by car is 34 minutes
be careful there are very few free places in the street. You will therefore have to park your car at the Parking de la Liberation - Avenue de la République in Beausoleil or at the Parking Belle Epoque which is a little further. You can reserve your seats using the INDIGO app
