Welcome to MER&SILENCE, a warm, fully air-conditioned studio apartment ideal for your Nice getaway.

Located just a few steps from the legendary Promenade des Anglais, this apartment puts you in the heart of downtown Nice, between sparkling sea and urban life.



On arrival, you'll be seduced by its separate kitchen, tastefully decorated living room with dining area and sofa bed. The modern bathroom has been recently renovated.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator.



Air conditioning and heating are collective and managed by the building. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

As the system is collective, it is not possible to set it to a precise temperature. Please bear in mind that air-conditioning is less efficient than individual air-conditioning.
