The apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a mix of classic and modern decoration. One has a double bed (140x190), the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, offers a single bed (90x190). These two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet connected to the bathroom. To reach the third bedroom, a few steps must be climbed. This master suite, with its Japanese-inspired decor, overlooks the living room with a sea view. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. Its adjoining bathroom, with boat-deck flooring, includes a bathtub, a double sink, and a separate toilet. This beautiful apartment also has an outdoor parking space.
