This 170m² single-family villa in Toulon/Var is a haven of peace and tranquility. With its 80m² terrace and 600m² garden, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a private parking for up to 4 cars. You'll feel completely at home in this spacious and bright villa, which features:
A triple living room with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle).
A library and reading nook.
4 spacious bedrooms with dressing rooms or wardrobes. Three bedrooms have double beds (200x160 cm), and one bedroom has a bunk bed for children or teenagers. Each bedroom has large windows opening onto the garden or terrace.
One bedroom has a TV.
A spacious bathroom with a double sink and bathtub.
A shower room with a large Italian shower and toilet.
Separate toilet with hand basin.
TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The garden and terrace, closed and tree-lined, face south and offer a large gazebo and garden furniture. The entire house is available for rent, excluding the garage. There is an electric gate and secure parking on the property. Bus stops are just a hundred meters away, making it easy to get to the city center or beaches. The house can be rented all year round, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. No smoking is allowed, and pets are not permitted. Parties and other events are not authorized.
