L'Escapade House: Located in Lacanau, in a pleasant village on the edge of the pine forest and in the immediate vicinity of the golf course, this recently renovated semi-detached house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is an excellent choice for a family holiday, in a calm and verdant environment, while remaining close to the main points of interest in the resort. The ocean is about 2.5 kilometres away, the lake 5 kilometres away, and shops 2.5 kilometres away.



The residence has a heated swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, ideal for fully enjoying the beautiful days after a day at the beach, cycling or golf. The house opens onto an entrance leading to a friendly living room with dining area, sofa and television. The kitchen area, functional and well-equipped, allows a stay with complete autonomy with vitroceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous storage spaces.



On the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC provides real daily comfort. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom equipped with bunk beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with a bathtub and independent WC complete the floor.



Outside, the terrace equipped with a table, chairs and armchairs invites you to share meals in the open air and enjoy the surrounding natural setting. WIFI connection is included for added comfort during the stay.



This house is an ideal seasonal rental in Lacanau for families wishing to combine nature, golf, swimming pool and proximity to beaches. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
