In the commune of La Bresse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² chalet with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

First floor :
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bedroom 4: double sofa bed (140×190)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A beautiful 500 m² garden, partially fenced and entirely private.

The chalet is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from near the apartment all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h away).
In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the apartment), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, skating rink.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station : Remiremont 27 km away (approx. 30 min. by car).
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
