Welcome to Le Cocon,
a pleasant 40 m² one-bedroom flat on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a double sofa bed and television, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area (electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, hob) opening onto a leafy terrace furnished for al fresco dining.
The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and direct access to a second shaded terrace, furnished with cosy garden furniture. A bathroom with WC completes the accommodation.
The residence is secured by a gate and a private parking space is available.

For your comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture, close to beaches and shops.
