##Neighborhood

Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This small, popular town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious homes: the palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Mediterranean and gardens emitting delicious Provençal scents. We can still see what this immense pine forest bordering fine sandy beaches might have been before transforming into a mythical seaside town frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today you can still enjoy its beautiful golden sand beaches or the privacy of its charming little coves.

It is obviously appropriate to immerse yourself in the Juana frenzy: nightclubs, casinos and nightlife shops make it a paradise for night owls flocking to the bars located by the sea.

You will reach NICE airport in 30 minutes, you can also take advantage of direct bus lines 8, towards Golfe-Juan Vallauris and la Fontonne in Antibes, 100, towards Valbonne, A, towards the center of 'Antibes, 200 towards Nice and Cannes, and 250 towards the airport.
