Welcome to our magnificent independent chalet located in Bernex, in Haute-Savoie. Completely renovated, this chalet offers a warm atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Ideally located just 1.5 km from the Bernex ski slopes, you will also be close to Evian-Les-Bains, Lake Geneva, Châtel and the Portes du Soleil.


Designed for your comfort, our chalet has many modern amenities. You will appreciate the underfloor heating, the large shower and the master bedroom with access to the garden. Upstairs, a charming attic bedroom offers three single beds.


The living room is a friendly space including a lounge with a vintage sofa, a flat-screen TV and a high-end connected speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue pot and even a waffle maker. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people.


On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with dressing room and the possibility of adding a travel cot. A modern bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.


Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a garden. An independent private garage is at your disposal to store your ski equipment safely or park motorcycles and bicycles. Three private parking spaces are also available.


Access to the chalet is facilitated by a well-cleared road which leads to the Bernex station in just two minutes by car.


From the living room, you can admire the unobstructed view of the Bernex mountains and the Dent d'Oche, the emblematic summit of Chablais.


Although walks are possible from the chalet, it is recommended to use a car to access the most beautiful hikes or ski slopes. A Super U supermarket is just 5 km away.
