Our 4* furnished holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms open onto the pool.
It offers a surface area of ​​120 m² with two parking spaces, a total surface area of ​​470 m², and a garage with wall-mounted bicycle racks.
The pool is private, with a secure electric cover, not shared, and heated (from mid-May to the end of September). A separate shower and toilet are located outside the house.
It features a 70 m² south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with a shade sail, equipped with a garden furniture set with two sofas, a large rectangular table with eight armchairs, four sun loungers, a two-person deck chair, and an ENO electric griddle.
The two bathrooms are equipped with fully tiled walk-in showers, heated towel rails, and hair dryers.
It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a stick vacuum.
The open-plan SCHMIDT kitchen features a very large central island for 8 people, a dishwasher, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, an induction hob, an American-style refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an electric citrus press, and a Nespresso machine (capsules not included).
We provide bed linen, towels, tea towels, and cleaning products.
The house is equipped with a 47-inch flat-screen TV with a JBL soundbar, fiber optic internet, and free Wi-Fi.
