- On the 1st floor: Equipped kitchen and open and bright living room, with parquet floors. Double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with adjoining bathroom. Separate toilets. Machine area with washing machine and dryer.
- On the 2nd floor: Double bedroom (160x200cm bed). Dormitory with 5 beds of 90x190cm. Large bathroom with toilet.
- On the ground floor: games room opening onto the garden.
- 600m2 land with garden table, garden furniture, XXL trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque games, Breton shuffleboard.
