The apartment is composed as follows:
- 18 m² living room with sofa, TV (via fiber-optic box) and dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), high bed base with storage space underneath, a low cupboard and a coat rack with lockers.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A garage shared with the tenants of the house above, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, in which you can store bicycles or anything else you like.
Also for your exclusive use: ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom and Spanish brush.

You'll be ideally located, in Saint-Nazaire's golden triangle, a stone's throw from the town center, shops, restaurants, market as well as the Jardin des Plantes, and above all 50 meters from the waterfront and beach.

- Visits and walks: Jardin des Plantes, 26-hectare landscaped park and sports park, fisheries, Grand Port Maritime, Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Airbus Atlantic, submarine base, discovery cruises (day and evening in July and August).
- Sports activities: beach playground, soccer, volleyball, tennis, Léo Lagrange sports complex and stadium, Aquaparc (swimming pool with several pools, including a wave pool, whirlpool baths and play areas), skatepark, escape game and gym at Ruban bleu (recently renovated and refurbished shopping center, 1 km from accommodation).
- Les Escales” festival, usually in July.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free in the street around the house (but it's forbidden to park alongside the house, as a sign indicates) and in the surrounding streets.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire 2.7 km (approx. 7 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire 10 km (approx. 20 min by car); Nantes-Atlantique 67 km (approx. 1h by car)
