Its large enclosed garden of 900 m² is an ideal playground for the youngest. And its beautiful wooden terrace of 100 m² is waiting for barbecue specialists, and guests around its table.

Outside, the charm of old stones works immediately. Inside, the wooden beams will seduce you with their warm aspect.

A large white American kitchen, practical and fully equipped, will allow you to cook together. To express your culinary talents, you can use an induction hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, and a microwave.

Not too comfortable in the kitchen? A toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle, and you will be set for breakfast.



A large friendly table will allow you to savour the fruit of your culinary efforts.



To relax, several spaces are available to you. First, the garden and its terrace with sunbeds at your disposal to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

Inside, a beautiful TV lounge area, with its welcoming sofas and armchairs, its home cinema, and for subscribers, access to Netflix (access to national channels is not available in the rental)

Finally, a bright reading corner, slightly off to the side, completes this large open living space.

Upstairs, two large double rooms, one of which has a Queen size bed, complete the sleeping arrangements. You will also find a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and 2 washbasins.

For added comfort, the house has 2 independent toilets. You can use the washing machine, barbecue, and hairdryer. It is possible to park up to 4 cars on the plot.

Treat yourself to a refreshing stay in Combrit Sainte-Marine! You will discover the lovely fishing port of Sainte-Marine, located on the Odet estuary and labelled as a Port of Patrimonial Interest. It offers a peaceful atmosphere with its fishermen's houses, colourful boats and beaches. You can notably visit its Sailor's Shelter, the small pink house on the port, built in 1910 to help sailors find their way.



During your stay, you can also walk along the Odet from one of the many coastal paths or cross it during a boat trip. You can easily reach the Glénan Archipelago. Finally, the Combrit lighthouse offers a panoramic view of the coast and the ocean.
