We offer this charming 30 m² apartment with sea view, about 50 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, for rent in Bénodet. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor of a secure residence, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. There's also a 7 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² south-facing living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining area, TV...
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A 5 m² covered terrace with table and chairs, two sunbeds to enjoy the fine weather
- An unfenced, shared 7 m² garden adjoining the covered terrace

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, right next to the beaches, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Explore the charming towns of Bénodet, Pays Bigouden, Pont-Aven and Quimper.
- Enjoy exciting water sports, golf and other leisure activities.
- Relax at the casino, cinema or during a thalassotherapy session.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. (1 vehicle)

- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
