Cottage

Les Cottages du Marais (SARL) offers two adjoining but independent cottages for rent, each accommodating a maximum of 5 people (a maximum of 10 people in total; we prioritize families with children). Each cottage is self-contained with its own bathroom, kitchen, and separate toilet. This allows two families of five to share the same property while maintaining their privacy.

Located in the heart of the marshland and just 5 km from the beautiful beaches of southern Vendée, you'll enjoy the tranquility of its pretty, enclosed, tree-lined garden, offering a fenced swimming area with a swimming pool (1.50 m deep) heated from May (weather permitting) to September.
For both children and adults, the property has a real pétanque court, an outdoor ping-pong table, a trampoline with a net, a swing, and various children's games.Each cottage consists of a living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (four microwaves, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. For overnight stays, there is a master bedroom (140x200 cm bed) with a closet, and a children's bedroom with three single beds. The private terrace is not overlooked and includes a table for outdoor dining and a built-in barbecue.

The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities, just 5 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer or the beaches of Longeville-sur-Mer.

An ideal tourist destination for sea and nature lovers, water sports, hiking, cycling, fishing, golf, and horseback riding.
The Vendée region is full of tourist sites and attractions.

- Cleaning upon departure not included in the booking price, optional €60 per cottage payable upon arrival.
- Bed linen and bath towels are available for rental upon request.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- Baby cot and high chair available upon request.-The Marais cottages are designed for peace and quiet, relaxing family getaways. This is not a place for social gatherings.
- Parking is available within the cottages.

Tourist tax is payable on site in accordance with local laws, and a security deposit of €1,000 is required. This deposit must be submitted by check upon arrival (cash for families from abroad and returned upon departure).
Pets are not allowed.

Check-in on Saturdays by 4 p.m. and check-out the following Saturday before 10 a.m.
