Just 1.5 km from Ste Cécile Cathedral and the Palais de la Berbie, listed as UNESCO world heritage sites, 25 minutes from Cordes, 15 minutes from the Gaillac vineyards, 10 minutes from the Albigensian bastides and 45 minutes from the airport and the Toulouse train station, 400m from all local (bakery, supermarket, bar/tobacconist, pharmacy, post office, butcher, banks, pizzeria, hairdresser, doctor, etc.)

Possibility of parking up to 4 vehicles on the property.

Walk from the house for a round of golf with your equipment or rent it on site, a little getaway to the golf restaurant which is very well rated and in a magnificent setting. Or rather for a walk or bike ride, through paths and fields or along the banks of the Tarn or the historic center.

Perfectly equipped as it is our main residence, the house is modern with all the comforts of a new house (2023)
From the living room, a magnificent view with a 4.5 meter sliding bay window, over the garden, fruit trees and swimming pool.
On the front, a first terrace where you can observe a splendid sunrise in warm colors just behind the cathedral while having breakfast. Two large terraces by the pool, one with sun loungers and outdoor lounge, the second covered and cool for eating, resting and admiring the sunset and the stars.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms, RJ45 sockets and Wifi. Sockets, lamps and anti-mosquito nets.
Bed sheets, hand towels, bath towels and basic products provided.

Composition of the rooms, all beds are new, mattresses and pillows are also new:
On the ground floor:
- Master suite in a wing of approximately 30 m2: 1 king size Emma bed with its large private bathroom (shower and spa) and a separate toilet.

- A 140 cm convertible sofa bed

Upstairs :
- A bedroom overlooking the garden with 1 140 cm bed in the convertible house.
- A bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and garden with a 140 cm bed from the convertible house.
A shower room with toilet for the space of these 2 bedrooms.

- A studio, sleeping 140, with a view of the swimming pool and garden, including its shower room, toilet and kitchenette.

- A children's relaxation/games area with a single bed

Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, laundry bin.

You can go buy your organic vegetables on foot from our neighbor or at the fruit and vegetable farm a few steps from the house.

Otherwise there are plenty of beautiful markets and flea markets around:
Albi: market Wednesday & Tuesday & Saturday and also flea market on Saturday at Castelviel (possible on foot)
Cordes-sur-Ciel: Saturday market
Gaillac: Friday market
Najac: Sunday market - seasonal market only
Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val: market and spice market Sunday
