ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

🧾 Tourist tax: €1 per person over 16 years old, per night (maximum €7 per person).
👥 Young guests are welcome — we simply ask for responsibility and respect toward the apartment and the neighborhood.
🚫 Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, immediate eviction will occur according to the law, and the police will be notified.

💳 Security Deposit: €200, payable in cash or by credit/debit card.
Fully refundable at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been caused to the apartment.
