In the commune of Moliets-et-Maa, we offer this charming 130 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 57 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 760 m². Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 57 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- A second shower room
- Two separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful 760 m² enclosed garden
- A 36 m² shaded terrace with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Moliets-et-Maa, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
Beach, leisure park (accrobranche, paintball, quad, minimotos), Huchet stream, forest, towns (Hossegor, Biarritz, Bayonne, Dax), proximity to the Spanish border

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Biarritz airport 77 km away (1h7 min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- As the accommodation is located near a leisure park, it is possible to hear noise from activities, particularly during peak hours.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
