Ideal for vacations with family or friends, we offer this 67 m² 4-room apartment in Saint-Gervais that can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment has been completely renovated, allowing you to enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere. Located on the ground floor, it includes a terrace facing east with a view of the Mont Blanc mountain range.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of :

- Living room with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), TV, and dining area.
- Kitchen with 4 electric hotplates, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 70 x 190 cm) and pull-out bed (70 x 190 cm).
- Bedroom with twin beds (2*80*200).
- Master bedroom with double bed (160*200), shower and sink.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
- Dressing room in the entrance hall.
- Outdoor table and chair.

Additionnal equipment : WIFI, common parking and garage. Pets not allowed.
