This charming 45 m² house in Courseulles-sur-Mer is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 50 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, armchair, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, espresso machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Outside laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed, private 50 m² garden
- An enclosed 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
