Welcome to your new pied-à-terre in Nice! Come and stay in our pretty, fully equipped studio in the heart of the most epicurean district of Nice, the Port district.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure Nice building with an elevator, a stone's throw from tram line 2, which allows you to arrive peacefully from Nice airport or to explore the city easily.



Our accommodation is equipped with a living room with an optimized & comfortable space including:

- A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster & washing machine.

- A non-air-conditioned living room area with a sofa bed with standard size 140x190 mattress, a Smart TV & free Wi-Fi connection. A large fan is of course available to you on sunny days to cool your nights.

- A dining area facing the window with a clear view



The apartment also of course has a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC, towel dryer, and is equipped with a hairdryer.



A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.



The exceptional location will allow you to live at the rhythm of the Riviera during your stay, close to the best food shops & restaurants.
