It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² unfenced garden
- A 22 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plougastel-Daoulas, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
