Air-conditioned T2 apartment for 4 people and 1 baby on one level with large, quiet terrace (no other accommodation above). No smoking and no pets allowed.
A key box is available for early departures or late arrivals.

=> a lounge area with sofa (double bed), coffee table and flat-screen TV.
=> a dining area with table and chairs,
=> a fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, hood...).
=> a corridor leading to:
=> a large bathroom with bath, sink, mirror and storage space.
=> a separate toilet
=> a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, sliding wardrobe and storage unit. Its window overlooks the terrace and garden.
The terrace has a table with chairs and parasol.
It is located in a quiet *** residence planted with Mediterranean trees, and has a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season, a basketball court, petanque court, mini golf, children's playground...
The entire residence has a sea view. The first beaches and coves are accessible on foot (30min walk).

A welcome booklet will be available in the accommodation on your arrival, suggesting a variety of ways to discover the region: restaurants, beaches, hikes, places to discover etc...

Free parking at the entrance to the residence (possibility of unloading your vehicle on arrival and departure in front of the accommodation).
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Baby kit, mini golf clubs, beach games, etc..... are available on request and in addition to the rental price.
Housekeeping + bed linen (with beds made up on arrival) + towels included in the booking for greater comfort.
