Situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the apartment features a bright 18 m² living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality 4 hotel linen* (sheets, towels, dish towels) is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

• Saint-Malo train station: 2 km (30 min on foot) or bus line 2.
• Dinard Airport: 25 min by car (Direct flights to London in 50 minutes).

• Saint-Malo ferry terminal: 5 min on foot, with ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey.
• From Place St-Vincent: Bus and coach departures to all districts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little tourist train for a guided historical tour of the city.
