Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. This may cause slight noise or visual disturbance at certain times. However, work is suspended at weekends and during the Christmas holidays.
