This 32 m² ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people and enjoys privileged access to the beach. It comprises:

- a 9 m² terrace providing an outdoor space to enjoy the Arcachon climate,
- a living area with a double sofa bed and a dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, hob, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes hangers, carbon monoxide detector,

The apartment is located in the tranquil Port Aiguillon area, where a gentle pace of life characterizes the neighborhood. Just a 5-minute walk away, the Aiguillon district invites you to discover its restaurants, bakery, hairdresser, stores and fishmonger. You'll also find the port and the beach, and a 15-minute walk will take you to Arcachon town center, easily accessible by bike.
Addresses not to be missed: Le Patio (gourmet cuisine), Chez Pierre (seafood), and La Table du Boucher for meat lovers.
