The view is superb: you can eat or have your snacks facing the Salses-Leucate pond, and you'll also enjoy the view of Mont Canigou, beloved by the Catalans. From your bedroom or the living room, you have a view of the water.

In the living room, a sofa bed can sleep 2 people.

The bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom is functional. There is a separate toilet.

You will have several storage closets.

The Pointe Vermeille residence is located in the Coudalère district of Port Barcarès. Situated on the banks of the Salses pond, it offers a view.

The residence is gated, and unnumbered parking spaces are available for tenants.

The swimming pool is open seasonally and reserved for the residence.
