Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a 15 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A swimming pool for adults and a children's pool (shared, unheated and open from 15 April to October - dates non-contractual, subject to weather conditions)
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An open garden with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
