Lovely penty completely renovated in 2023 with refined taste.
Located in a classified village, close to Cap de la Chèvre, coastal paths and surf beaches (Kerdreux, La Palue, Lostmarc'h). It's a very remote hamlet with no traffic.

Ground floor:
Living room (2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 6-seater dining table) opening onto a bright, spacious kitchen (generously equipped with crockery, fridge-freezer, induction hob + hood, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher), bedroom (double bed 140x190, wardrobe), shower room (walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, electric heated towel rail and washing machine).

First floor:
A master suite (double bed 140x190, bath, WC and washbasin), a bedroom (double bed 140x190, an extra bed, wardrobe). It's a typical small cottage (Penty) so the rooms upstairs do not have high ceilings.

All bedrooms can be darkened.
Beds will be prepared on arrival, towels provided.

Exterior:
Unfenced garden with outside furniture, parasol, 3 deckchairs, Weber charcoal barbecue. Garden shed (bikes can be stored there).
Tap with water hose for easy return from the beach.

- 1 private parking space on the front lawn next to the garden shed (or a small public car park 20m from the accommodation)

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates)
Utilities (water + electricity) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the final rental price.

The following can be provided for your child : Baby bath tub (10 EUR) - baby potty (5 EUR)
