About This Property
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Vars, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is included, so we are just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), a sofa bed (sleeps 1), a TV and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with: an electric kettle, a family coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 7m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane, 243 km away (3 hours by car)
- Shuttles (during resort opening period): from Guillestre/Montdauphin SNCF train station to the resort; from Guillestre bus station; internal shuttles within the resorts
