Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180×200) and wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, secure swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool.
Possibility of heating the swimming pool from mid-May to the end of October on request from the owners and for an extra charge (€150/week). Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A 54 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A private enclosed garden of 1200 m².
- A shared pétanque court on the estate

The flat is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Sightseeing: prehistory museum, picturesque villages, Gorges du Verdon, Provencal markets, wineries...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private (covered) car park. There is also a free parking space available under the trees.

- Nearest airport: Marseille 100 km (1h30 by car)

- Pets accepted for a supplement of €50/stay and per pet, please specify when booking. 2nd animal on request.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change.
