Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming air-conditioned house with mountain views and a swimming pool in the town of Fox-Amphoux. It has a surface area of 85 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove and 1 double sofa bed (140×190)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (90×200) pushed together to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90×200) pushed together to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (8×4 m and 1.40 m deep) secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated from mid-May to the end of October on request and at an additional cost (€200/week). The pool opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change

- A beautiful 1,500 m² enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A communal pétanque court on the estate

The house is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Water sports: swimming, canoeing, pedal boats, electric boats,
- Leisure activities: hiking, fishing, cycling, pétanque, climbing, etc.
- Visits: prehistory museum, picturesque villages, Gorges du Verdon, Provençal markets, wine estates, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private covered parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Les Arcs Le Muy train station, 26 miles away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Airport, 62 miles away

- Additional equipment available on request: a cot, a high chair, a booster seat, a baby bath, and a fitted sheet for the cot.

- The wood-burning stove is in working order (wood provided)
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €50/stay per animal. Please specify this when booking. A second animal is available on request.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. The pool opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change.
- It is strictly forbidden to use the outdoor electrical wall socket to charge an electric vehicle
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
