In a brand new development in Saint Jean de Monts, new house with all comfort just 2.4 km from the large sandy beach, very close to the forest and 3 km from the city center, bike paths are a stone’s throw from the house from which you can do everything by bike no need for a car!
This house of 85 m2 with colorful decoration offers comfort and modernity, thanks to the wifi you can telecommute and enjoy visiting our beautiful coast of light and its islands Yeu and Noirmoutier.

The house consists of:
- on the ground floor: a living room of 31m2 with lounge and dining room with an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, hood, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker), a back kitchen of 4.5m2 with the washing machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC of 4.55m2, a closet and a hairdryer
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms of 10.70m2 each
- bedroom 1: double bed in 160 cupboard wardrobe
- bedroom 2: double bed in 160 cupboard wardrobe
- bedroom 3: 2 twin beds of one person cupboard wardrobe
- a bathroom of 5.65m2 with a bathtub, hairdryer

Outside: a garden of 130m2 facing south, garage of 14m2 to store bikes and parking space in front of the house. Provision by the owners, free of charge, of 4 adult bicycles whose use will be under the sole responsibility of the tenants. (no guarantee of proper functioning of the bikes made available).
