The house was part of a complex created by carpenter-cabinetmakers in Paris's Faubourg Saint Antoine in 1907. The complex included all the houses on the two passages between rue Raspail and rue Chevreul, and was called “LE REFUGE”. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (including an attic bedroom on the 2nd floor with a single bed), a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optic) included.

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, town gas...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (90x180)

Basement:
- You'll find a separate toilet, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and drying rack, a barbecue, deckchairs and fans.

Exterior:
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden with an arbour for dining in fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Maisons-Alfort, in very pleasant surroundings and at the gateway to Paris (200 m from the metro), which means you can get to the Opéra district in around 30 minutes. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
