PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Starting with the outside of the villa, you will enjoy:

- A 10 m x 4 m swimming pool, at the foot of the villa.
- Outdoor lounge chairs as well as a full patio set is available for either sun-bathing or quiet reading, according to your preference.
- An ideal all-around orientation East/South/West, so you won’t miss any sun time.
- An outdoor dining area including a barbeque.
- A large wooden deck built between the trees by the garden, so you can enjoy cool cocktail (or nap) times all summer long.

As far as the inside of the villa, built on two levels, you will find the following floor plans::

The upper level, dedicated to the night time, features the following:

- A first bedroom with two single beds and a closet/dressing.
- A second bedroom, identical to the first one.
- A bathroom with double sink, between the first two bedrooms for convenience.
- A third bedroom with a double bed, closet/dressing and smart TV.
- A shower room and separate toilets directly across that third bedroom.
- A fourth bedroom (suite) which includes a double bed, a smart TV, closet/dressing and its private bathroom.
- A fifth bedroom (also suite) with a double bed, a smart TV, closet/dressing and private shower room as well.

All these bedrooms listed above, except the first one, have access to a large terrace.

The ground level offers spacious living areas, with the following setup:

- A grand living room with a lounge area for relaxing (sofa, smart TV…)
- A large dining area that can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
- An open-floor kitchen, well equipped and featuring a central island.
- A separate master bedroom suite with closet/dressing, a bathroom with tub, shower and double sink.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 20 minutes by car from the Cannes train station.
It is 25 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
Free street parking is available in front of the villa and 2 cars can also fit within the property grounds.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

For the nature lovers, the Valmasque natural park with the Fontmerle pond is a few minutes away by car.
The Cannes/Mougins golf course is 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
You will find all shopping options for your daily needs, including a large grocery store, within a 6-minute drive.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

There are bus stops 3 minutes away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals after needs to be requested and might be for additional fees.
