Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. The apartment is ideally located in Saint-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Beaches 10km away with all water sports facilities
- Cycling from the village cycle path to the sea or to Le Boulou
- Hiking from the village and surrounding villages in the Albères massif
- Village on the Route Romane with its Romanesque church
- Visit Romanesque art in neighboring villages (church cloister ....)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
