This accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor (South-West exposure), located in a detached villa. The entrance to the residence is via an electric gate with digital code. Guaranteed parking.

You will have free access to the residence's unheated outdoor swimming pool (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

The accommodation with reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) fully furnished and equipped consists of:

- a fully equipped independent kitchen
- a living room sleeping area with sofa and foldaway bed (140x190), a coffee table, WIFI access (free) with office area
- a dining area with a table, two chairs and a stool
- a fitted dressing room (wardrobe, shelves and drawers), a private safe with individual combination

Outside, directly from the kitchen, you will have access to a small terrace lit in the evening and equipped with a table, a parasol and four chairs to enjoy your meals or breakfasts as you wish.
The openings are equipped with windows, patio doors (double glazing) and electric roller shutters (nbr 3).
