It is located on the first floor of a building 10 meters from the beach and comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a sofa opening onto a terrace with fantastic views of the beach and the port, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (90 cm), a shower room, and a toilet.

Pets are not allowed.

- Security deposit: by check or cash, returned after inspection by the cleaning team
