This little cocoon has two pieces!

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- bathroom with separate toilet;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm. It is located in a secure residence (guarded 24/7), equipped with video surveillance cameras.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
A parking space in the underground parking lot is available with a Green Badge.

The apartment is located in a secure residence with :
- table tennis ;
- shared garden ;
- tennis courts ;
- children's playground ;
- multisports field ;
- and a magnificent infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, with a solarium equipped with deckchairs and parasols

Access to the latter is free for occupants of the property who have a bracelet and an orange or green VIGIK badge.

There is a charge for this from July 1 to August 25, 2024 (£4 per half-day).

The city center is a 10-minute drive away. Take a stroll along the footpaths among the mimosas, eucalyptus and maritime pines, and you'll have access to magnificent high vantage points overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the Massif de l'Esterel.
