On the 1st floor (elevator), a spacious one-bedroom apartment: An air-conditioned living area equipped with two single pull-out beds (sleeps 2), a dining area, and a TV. Kitchenette (cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine). One air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) and TV. A shower room with separate WC. A magnificent double terrace facing east offers one of the most beautiful views of the port and the sea. Close to the beach, numbered parking space. Equipped for a maximum of 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Linens and towels are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is available for an additional fee.
