The cottage is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator and consists of:

two bedrooms with a double bed each

a kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishes and kitchen equipment

a bathroom with a shower and a toilet

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Household linen and the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and do the tidying up. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60 will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.



In case of late arrival (after 8 PM), as well as during your stay, we ask you to respect each of your neighbors.
