ROSE Holidays offers this charming renovated house, in a quiet and secure holiday residence, Cayola district, close to the ocean in Les Sables d'Olonne.

House that can accommodate up to 4 people.



Just a stone's throw from the wild coast, you will be able to move around easily by bicycle thanks to the cycle path running along the coastline.



Functional living space with sofa, dining table, chairs and TV.

Open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee makers (filter Senseo).

Terrace with pergola, sun loungers, garden furniture and electric barbecue.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
