We offer this charming 35 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double sofa bed and bunk bed (sleeps 2)

- Separate WC

Outside:
- A west-facing loggia, to make the most of the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

What to do :
Courseulles-en-mer is a pretty seaside resort, you will have the opportunity during your Normandy getaway to enjoy a wide range of activities both natural and cultural or leisure, accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit the museum Juno Beach...
On Tuesdays and Fridays, don't hesitate to visit the beautiful market in the centre of Courseulles, where you'll find freshly caught seafood.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus near the residence.
- Nearest train station: Caen 25 km (30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 27 km (30 minutes by car).
